At Satya Home Furniture, we strive to process every order efficiently. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request the cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed for shipment or dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. Customized Products
Orders for customized, personalized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. As these products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated after the manufacturing process has begun.
3. Cancellation by Satya Home Furniture
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability.
Pricing or technical errors.
Payment verification issues.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Where a cancellation request is approved before processing or dispatch, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Modification of Orders
Requests to modify an order, including changes to the delivery address, product specifications or quantity, may be accommodated only if the order has not yet entered the processing or manufacturing stage. Once processing has begun, modifications may not be possible.
