Order placed cannot be changed/ cancelled, unless informed within 2 days.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT(S)?

Our products come with a 1-year on-site warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the mechanism, structure, and cushioning. However, please note that organic wear and tear over time is not covered under this warranty.

To ensure that your product arrives in good condition, we suggest that you are present during the delivery process to inspect it for any damages or defects. Our delivery team will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have at that time. At Satya Home, we take pride in our rigorous quality control measures to ensure that our products meet our high standards before they are shipped to you. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit. Our team will promptly assess the damage and provide a solution within 1-2 days.
