Shipping, Return and Refund

Thank you for shopping at Satya home. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase  We invite You to review our policy on Refunds and returns

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

FOR ALL PRODUCTS: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any change requests (other than damage or defective request). We request the customer or customer’s family member to be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.

We, at Satya Home Furniture, We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.The exchanged product will be the same as the product purchased by the customer.

Cancellation: Once booked, cancellation is allowed only within  24 hours of placing the order (there would be no charges applicable) after which the order will be shipped. No cancellations are allowed for products bought under discount.

If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the customer must send an email to info@satyahome.in with images of the product within 24 hours. Once our quality team confirms on the issue, a replacement of that defective part will be initiated.

Return:

  1. We accept returns only in case of product damages on arrival
  2. You should inform us of the receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Also take photograph of the damaged product & send mail to our customer care mail id info@satyahome.in
  4. Refund will be provided only in case a replacement or replacement part for the same product is not available. If a particular part is faulty then the that part shall be arranged and replaced.
  5. The rectification of the damaged products during warranty will take around 7 Days from the time receipt of complaint and replacement will take up to 15 days from the receipt of complaint.
  6. If we are not able the rectify the issue or replace spare part or replace the product then the refund will be processed in 7 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Cancellations:

By the Company

If the supplied product is found defective or for any other technical issue the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the option will be given to buy a similar product. The difference amount has to be borne by the customer or will be refunded in 6-7 business days

Refund policy:

  1. Refund method shall be via cheque or NEFT transfer or transfer to the Credit Card/Debit Card from where the Payment had been made. The choice of the same shall lie on Featherlite. Featherlite shall notify the Customer of such a transfer through email and/or through phone.
  2. Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refund process by Featherlite, to check on credit of amount in your account.
  3. The refund will take 2 weeks.
  4. In case of refunds made through cheques the same will be sent by courier within 7 working days . However you need to consider transit time for for cheque reaching to your place.

SHIPPING POLICY

Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Satya Homes also offers same day dispatch.

  1. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  1. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

  1. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Satya Homes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

  1. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Satya Homes allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 7 days. Kindly beadvised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

  1. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

Satya homes has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock  so we Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

  1. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When dealing with Satya homes you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties:You will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.
